Third, this week's deal included a huge 7% discount. It's never a good thing when somebody like GMP seemingly believes your share price is overvalued that much, which that discount seems to indicate. Like most people here, I'm not concerned with the price drop because sometime down the road it will likely come back up. But the fact it went from $1.29 down to $1.10 after this week's announcement shouldn't have been a surprise to you.
