We currently have a career opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic Account Manager. The Account Manager will operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts. They will be responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and developing new business from existing clients. The successful candidate will liaise with cross functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Enhance the company’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests from the customer and exploring opportunities to add value by delivering exceptional client service on a day to day basis
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Accurately understand customer requirements and work with internal teams to create creative solutions to meet customer needs
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. sales results and forecasts)
• Prepare reports on account status
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Collaborate and support the commercial sales and marketing team with any marketing related matters to identify and grow opportunities
• Assist in developing marketing material for specific campaigns and general product promotion

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (BSc, BComm) degree in appropriate field of study
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role for a minimum of 5 years
• Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
• Experience with graphic design software a bonus (Adobe suite)
• Understanding of marketing, measurement and analytics, content management and digital marketing content
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Project management skills

Hours of Work, Work Environment and Potential Travel

• 40 hours per week and some overtime occasionally
• 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Requires occasional travel
• Valid Class-G driver’s license in good standing and regular access to a personal vehicle required
