RE: New to this boardWell paranoia runs in many viens , yours seems to be Patent paranoia run amok. I agree with you the Chinese may want to clone AFIRS but other than thier own airlines which international governing body would grant them any STC's outside thier own country. RIM by the way is now working on major deal with the Chinese telcommunications company and they like AMA understand one very important advantage over competative threats in ASIA , it will take years for any of these companies to catch up , by the time they do newer technologies by both companies should and will be in the offing. Otherwise I did enjoy your patent reveiw and the percieved short term risks re-iterated are putting a damper on the SP for now but as RIM before them becoming the leader in this new domain gives AMA many options on how they will deal with patent trolls.
