RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: sna vs amaIt is becoming cystal clear where  SNA    is tyring to position themselves with both thier  recent  press releases on Sat News and with thier  investors . They  continue to  lay claim to the original patent  and  by inference will  expect  royalities when  AMA  becomes  the de-facto leader  in the marketplace  . For why else would anyone  keep plowing endless cash  into a company   that   has not yet sold a single system  (since 2005)    the only windfall   that I can see  is the possiblity to cash in on  a patent lawsuit  after all they lay claim to be the only company with a world wide license  to the technology  (says so in  SatNews). . I for one expect  SNA to attempt at least one more kick at the cat
when  big AMA contracts  start rolling in. The patent lawsuit issue may not be over yet. IMO  Hope I'm wrong  but   SNA's continued survival suggests the opposite.
