Good News Bad News

Good News Bad NewsWell lets' see we are a junior high  tech company basically  still in the R& D phase of the potential opportunity
which makes AMA  basically a  spec play no doubt about it .

The Good News:

Revised PP will give company  8 mil vs 6 mil
AFIRS 228 product has pending customers
Company already  has recurring revenue with existing Afirs
Also expanding sales with existing customers so the product is well liked

THe Bad News:

Lousy time of year to do a PP  ( tax loss season)
Recurring revenue not quite paying the bills
Airline Sector still in the dumps and sales are slow and far between

Bottom Line:

AMA  accountant needs to sharpen his pencil and get the PP numbers right the first time to avoid
this last minute fumbling   for  funds . Also AMA need to get this PP fully subscribed to calm
everybody down including me .
