FLYHT-WVSS-II is an externally mounted aircraft sensor that detects and reports water vapor as relative humidity. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, CrossConsense, offers skilled services to the commercial aviation industry.

AeroMechanical Services Releases First Quarter Report

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - May 9, 2012) - AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AMA) (the "Company" or "AMA") has released its 2012 First Quarter Report. Results will be presented at the Annual General Meeting held at 2 pm MT (4pm ET) today and the video will be available online as soon as possible after the meeting.

AMA's 2012 First Quarter Report contains the President and CEO's Message, Management Discussion and Analysis and Financial Statements. The Report has been posted to the Company's website and can be accessed at https://www.flyht.com/investors/financial-reports-results-centre/.
