FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. provides solutions for the aviation industry. The Company's aircraft certified hardware products include Automated Flight Information Reporting System (AFIRS), AFIRS Edge, Tropospheric Airborne Meteorological Data Reporting (TAMDAR) and FLYHT-WVSS-II. TAMDAR system is a sensor device installed on aircraft that captures temperature, atmospheric pressure, winds aloft, icing, turbulence, and relative humidity. FLYHT-WVSS-II is an externally mounted aircraft sensor that detects and reports water vapor as relative humidity. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, CrossConsense, offers skilled services to the commercial aviation industry.

IMO, that is a good news for Flyht as it could reduce the cost of data transmission. It would more likely affect Iridium. Flyht is using satellites for communication and support multiple protocols. AFIRS units also work on Inmarsat network with the proper modem install, Iridium is being put forward because it has a better (global) coverage.

Look further than tracking lost plane, this is a good news for Flyht.

Would'nt you be happy if a new ISP would offer service in your town and force your ISP to reduce his prices?
