RE:Is AFIRS still standard equipment on the ARJ 21?There were major delays in the ARJ21, many years. I think there may be units in use, but it certainly hasn't been the success it was envisioned as and it seems like at some point the plan to use AFIRS was quietly cut. wikipedia notes a complaint from 2015 that it didn't even have ACARS
