Very disasppointing raise and also with more shares being issued to his buddy George at Agoracom, which I don't think brings in any value. If George did bring in eye balls to this company and attracted interest we'd see that reflected in a better SP to begin with.
Better hope conditions improve and the PP can be filled in the months to come or else FCO won't be able to make their December payment.
