RE: Thanks to Birpind I on PPPP dilutes the value of current shareholders, but at the same time is adding cash to the coffers of the company. A good company with good property will then use that cash to leverage additional value without having to give away the farm to a JV, or to even go solo. Ususally with warrants or flow through tax credits those participating in the PP get a better deal than market. Many times these participants already own shares and so are willing to sell them at a discount because they are getting new shares even cheaper. This can be a great buying opportunity if you are out, or cause concern if you are along and seeing the stock take a hit. Fortunately, there is a limited number of sellers and a good stock like this will find a floor fairly quickly. I used the current opportunity to place a buy order.
Also, remember this company is about more than lucky shot. They have a massive amount of property and many projects kicking out results. I am looking forward to the Boulder Creek uranium assays that are overdue now and that is why I went long at this time. Good results could not only take out all of the "loose" shares from the PP but in this environment should give the share price a nice pop IMHO.
