The only reason that makes sense is what form of financing the FMS team comes up with. IMO I would rather see the financing announced first and then another offtake, this will give the SP a better punch when the second end-user signs a deal that contains full disclosure. Hopefully the FMS team learned from the first offtake less disclosure equals to less ability to equity finance at a higher price.
