I would rather see him just concentrate on Grafoid and have nothing to do with FMS unless it's on a advisory situation. This includes not pulling a salary or bonus from FMS and just let the mining guys run Focus, after all it's the extensive mining experience the board has that will get us to the next level, he is not a mining guy period and of course this is only my opinion.
Ask yourself this question why are we seeing new 52 week lows right after the AGM easy answer nothing new on the financing front. I know it's a tough market for juniors but the cream always rises to the top and I still consider FMS the best graphite play out there. It's the job of our management to get this out there and convince the market we are the best and that hasn't happened so in conclusion it's time he moves on. I have always said if he made shareholders money I could care less if he was paid 2 million a year.
