Slanderer #2 needs a spanking!!!

Slanderer #2 needs a spanking!!!

So our special slanderer #2 sets himself up even better than the previous one. This is gonna be so much more fun than the last time:

A Ponzi Scheme? You are aware that in a Ponzi scheme the earlier investors are paid back by later investors. But I'm sure you know this. The term Ponzi scheme allows you to maximize the impact of your inflammatory accusations.

Apparently you are not aware that there are consequences to such public accusations but let's deal with this one step at a time.

As always I will dismiss your baseless remarks with facts:

1. The average total compensation of Junior mining CEO's for 2011-2012 is 1.4 million. The average of the top 5 executives is over 1 million each.

https://www.mining.com/2011-to-2012-junior-mining-company-executive-compensation/

2. Mason Graphite (financials for June 30 2016, page 28) paid their top executives 1.3 million (compared to Focus at 895K). This was in the year just prior to getting their mine financing. So I guess we should assume Mason is an even bigger Ponzi scheme!

3. I think its safe to say that executives are not doing charity work. The only reason a junior mine would pay sub par compensation is because of sub par performance. Mason's management team were well paid and they delivered. Focus is on the exact same trajectory.

4. If you bothered to get informed you would know that Focus has progressed their Lac Knife property, their graphite and graphene related products and technologies further than anyone else including Mason. They have developed graphene technology through a 18% interest in Grafoid. They are the only junior graphite company in North America with sales. (Grafoid revenue was 28 mill for Sep 2016).

5. The current share price is at 25% of the book value.

6. This company has tremendous upside and is trading at a ridiculously low valuation.

Last but not least.

I suggest you familiarize yourself with the following terms:

-cause of action

-defamation

-compensatory damages

-malfeasance and

-punitive damages

I suspect that these might become relavant to you in the near future.

You may think that you are free to do whatever harm pleases you. After all, what could possibly happen to some anonymous poster typing away from the safety of mommy's basement?

I have informed the board that as a shareholder I expect protection from baseless accusations against the company (and its management).

sweet dreams!
