to BywrongK et alI firmly believe that this will be the seminal year for graphite exploration companies. These companies move in very close tandem, compare the charts and you will see how correlated they are. individual companies will fair better or worse than the group based on individual developments.
There is a belief amongst some that by harming Focus (and others) it will persuade investors to purchase the stocks they own (NGC, LLG, etc). This could not be further from the truth. Not only are you sowing doubt (based on 0 facts) about Focus but you are also shooting yourselves in the foot.
Why? The graphite exploration sector is poorly understood as it is relatively new to most investors (or at least it will be when they start to pile in this year) and it is very difficult to determine a valuation of their future earnings. On top of that the junior mining industry in general has a long history of corrupt actors (both management and investors).
Unsubstantiated (some even illegal) claims about Gary Economo who has not been there in 4 years hurst all of our stocks.

The thing I fear most (and will likely happen if bashers continue to attack in an attempt to gain for themselves) is an all out war on all these boards. This happened a few rears back and was bad for the entire sector. I am pretty certain that the same thing will happen again. Vengeful lies against Focus will spread like a contagion to the rest of the boards and it will harm us all in the end. I implore you to think of what’s best for the company that you own as well as the other investors in that company.

I Will repeat just one of the many reasons I chose focus:

Chairman of the board (Jeff York). He is very actively involved and determined to make a major success with Focus. He is a CPA with an economics degree from Princeton. His reputation is characterized by success (Farm Boy and other companies he has built into businesses worth hundreds of millions of dollars) and integrity (most CPAs are know for this).

CEO, Mr. Roy most recently served as an Executive at BDA, Inc. overseeing EMEA as well as global mergers and acquisitions from January 2017 to June 2020. Prior to his position at BDA, Inc., Mr. Roy served as CEO of Brand Alliance from May 2013 to January of 2017. Prior to Brand Alliance, Marc served as CEO of Accolade Reaction Promotion Group from January 1999 to February 2010. His extensive global experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as track record in delivering results, while leading transitioning companies, made him an ideal addition to the executive.

Both of these men have grown and managed business worth tens of millions of dollars. You need to ask yourselves why would a guy like Roy join the Focus and Graphoid teams? He is not here for small potatoes.

BOTTOM LINE:
Bashing Focus will:
-Be met with evermore compelling reasons why it is the best pick amongst the crowd.
-The bashing will spread to all the other stocks in the group (I did a lot of homework and there are plenty of things to attack on all of them. I assume others can easily find those same issues). This will needlessly harm everyone.

WE NEED TO BE PROMOTING THIS SECTOR NOT ADDING SEEDS OF DOUBT AT THIS CRITICAL JUNCTURE.
