Graphite goof..here's an IRR 24% that didn't get built

Focus Graphite (CVE:FMS) (OTCQX:FCSMF) has released the long-awaited feasibility study results from its Lac Knife project in Quebec, modelling an after-tax net present value of $224 million and an IRR of just over 24%.

The study, which was based on a 25-year mine life and a production rate of 44,300 tonnes of concentrate annually, also estimated a post-tax capital payback period of 3.2 years.

Operating costs were pegged at $441 per tonne, while capital expenditures were estimated at $165.55 million. The company said Wednesday it is currently in discussions with vendors to define financing packages for equipment, which will result in a reduced up front capital cost.

"Lac Knife is a remarkable property by any Canadian or international standard," said chief executive Gary Economo. "As we have already demonstrated, Lac Knife provides us, and our shareholders, with a significant advantage. And that is: the ability to meet our customers' needs for quality products at competitive prices."

Graphite Goof...as others have pointed out, you are unarmed in a battle of facts.

So a higher IRR% than most recent FS...by the way, how many feasability studies have been done on lac Knife?

Why no shovels in the ground?
Easier to raise $$$ on lower % IRR's ? Goofs might think so.

Most have known for a long time, lac Knife won't get built. high % of fines is one reason...as I have already 'splained to you.

Clearly you are a pied piper with only rats following you around.
good luck with that.
