Bywrong fact check # (lost count!)

Bywrong fact check # (lost count!)

Do you think before you write your nonsense?

One minute it’s the huge salaries (which have been proven to be one of your lies) then it’s somehow a bad thing that management put its money where their mouth is and relying almost exclusively on gains in the SP to be compensated BTW please reference a single company that does not have options for management. Options are the best way to motivate management. Focus is a major exception in relying on options for compensation.

Given that you either don’t read or ignore what is posted, let me restate for you one more time. We are currently not building a mine. We are in the process finding a partner(s) to move this project forward. When it is time to build a mine, a team will be in place. Having the proven best battery grade deposit in N.A. and Tetepisca shaping up to be even better, getting a partner (big player) is the only way anyone with a deposit will move forward. FMS with the 2 best deposits in N.A. is the only one that will be taken seriously.

Your knowledge of this sector is so astute that you are not aware of the fact that there are no battery grade mines in operation in N. A. All the graphite is currently being imported almost exclusively from China. And no, the non-battery grade graphite of the worthless mine that NGC just bought does not count. In fact, it will likely bankrupt the company given how much money it is losing.

The market is obviously onto the make-believe announcements and potential bankruptcy of NGC. I still laugh at how they are “looking for a site to develop a battery plant”. That’s the best!!! My brother-in-law and myself are also looking to build a battery plant but without the money we are being laughed at.

FMS does not need to resort to ridiculous claims about what they plan tyo do and they are certainly not desperate enough to buy a money losing, non battery grade mine. I truly feel bad for NGC shareholders

NGC last feasibly study was over a decade ago and was pathetic. Any reason they are not perusing their deposit? Oh, wait the have a non-battery grade mine that's operational and about to sink the company...

NGCs' pump the stock strategy: Step 1. Buy a non-battery grade mine that is losing money hand over fist......market sees through and sells down the stock. Ok, well then let's pretend we are building a battery plant......market realizes Managment has lost all credibility and sells the stock util it’s a fraction of its value. Sorry bywrong but as your name implies you bought wrong yet again!

NGC share price last 6 months...... 70 to 45

FMS 9 to 44

The market has spoken!
