Is anyone happy today?

Is anyone happy today?Was this 20% share price increase a reaction to government funding making the infrastructure around projects more attractive or Zinc hitting highs or the attractiveness of being more reliant on our own rare earth metals or a reaction to rising inflation and interest rates. I would love to hear some viewpoints on this!
