Tell them their are underlined issue that have not been resolved and company refuses your rights as a shareholder to clear the air and give you your annual AGM that is required by LAW !
I noticed your post on the general bull board and thought I'd offer advice and it will be up to you to File a Formal Complaint ... If you do make sure alllllllll your ducks are in order about VALID grievances and company non compliance
They will get answers but will not provide anyone info about their investigation ... Then out of the blue the company will offer a news release about the change and they need to provide ... you will be surprised about the change in the company's lack of info or meeting or voting on but don't expect this overnight cause it will take about 6 months to happen ... The company will be fined if they continued with non compliance complaints that the OSC will enforce ... OSC is the watch dog of cse/ venture and TSX
