So the company went nowhere with Peter Smith, he accomplished vitually nothing. And now he wants back in to continue taking an undeserved salary?? His pronblem s that no oter mining company is likely to hire him, given his record at fancamp.

Blah,blah,blah goes the latest "retort" from fnc "board". It is inexcusable to purposely delay the agm post this transaction. No other company I'm aware of resorted to this. Far more complex companies with far more potential covid concerns had no need to postpone. It's total BS. Your so sure this is in investors best interest and there is no conflict of interest? Put it

Do you not realize that the only way that you are going to make $ in this pig is if they get a producing mine and if the merger/takeover gets the okay, we could have a producing mine within 12 months.  If Smith gets back in, he will just piss the money away on the 90 or so exploration properties that the company owns or has an interest.  Want to lose money, stop the merger, want to make

Well, the scozinc shareholders will certainly do well as the assets of fnc are pillaged. I doubt that mine will EVER reach commercial production, never mind one year from now. I don't see how it matters who p!sses the assets away, or on what. Either way fnc shareholders get the shaft and there is no mine. I am no fan of peters pet projects but in this case We'd be way better off if fnc
