AGM ???

Here we go again...When and where?

It is overdue, there is no explanation from this management.

They have proven themselves to be ineffective and tiresome.

If there is a chance to move forward with KWG, it may be the best bet yet, otherwise we need another big whale with all the right moves to rescue this baby. This company is worth saving as it has goodness at its roots and just needs a damn good pruning.

Fancamp holds shares in private Magpie which if Magpie gets on track would prove to be really beneficial to many stakeholders, possibly in a cash dividend.

The ROF project is in good shape, except for tax liabilities. If KWG were successful in a bid or takeout that issue would seem to be moot.

Shares held in Champion Iron, over 2M have a handsome market value presently plus other shareholdings elsewhere. ( It is ironic that  Smith can be considered one of the creators of Champion Iron Mines, as it was born out of an agreement with close to 20 Iron prospects in the Fermont Iron district in the early 2000's.)  Fortunately there are still strong exploration targets  intact from Smith's Era, which is a bonus.

Some of the major problems with Fancamp today are its silences, high compensation paid to management and directors which is not commensurate with performance and a general lack of interest in field exploration!!!!

If there are any wealthies out there think about rocket boosting this baby. Elon?
