Most who voted in the gold team must be suffering from buyers remorse. Millions and millions in lost shareholder . Time for some transparency

Am all for replacing current non operators. The numbers are a mystery. My bet is there are large cohorts of  shares against them but are there enough? The rules are clear, a proxy would need 50% plus to win, if a shareholder called a special meeting a win would require 67% of the votes. That is a high bar especially given the current crew in office have the ability to exercise options like ...more

Look at it this way maybe. As long as a new team isn't bent on self enrichment disproportionate to their investment using non arms length transactions, it would be an improvement. Having that liquid treasury of cia shares is just too tempting to all the scallywags out there that would want to get their sticky fingers on the cia shares and the kwg investment.
