Shareholder Status

What is the status of the application made to the TSX.v regarding the egregious non brokered private placement announced by the company on December 21st 2023?

The shareholders of this company are once again left in darkness.

The direction of this company is composed of insiders doing continual deals with one another's companies; EDM, Platinex and its spinoffs, and the latest baby NeoTerrex. No doubt the volume of trading in FNC is related to this newcomer to the TSX.V. I'm not against the investment in other companies but this group of directors are so joined at the hip it is outrageous.
