The Emperor has No Clothes
The regulators will see this company for what it is ; a manipulating bunch who use forms and deadlines to screw shareholders out of their reasonable expectation of an AGM by making a deliberate and totally unnecessary Placement of 60M shares to highly dilute and leave the insiders in control of the company. A shareholder vote at an AGM needs to happen, NOW, excluding any pp shares.
How is it that the management and board can take part in this with such a high degree of dilution and without the need for capital. There are no sound business decisions here. It is another f'n blatant coup.
It may be time.
