Notice filed on Sedar today. Date of record, February 12th and AGM to be held in Montreal on March 25th.

Mysterious as there is just the notice. Will a press release follow? Was this a forced notice by the regulators? What is the status of the PP of Dec. 21st? Did it ever get final approval and if so are those billious shares votable?

I will hazard a guess and say they probably did not get full approval of the placement and it would be conditional on the AGM. Fancamp would not post any announcement imo because it would hinder their chances of winning at the AGM. Perhaps a shareholder in Vancouver B.C. or Montreal QC. could request a look at the minutes, as you need to go in person to the lawyers offices. That is my
