How about all of them gone?
The travesty of what has happened to this company will be long remembered as an example of what can happen when there is a huge accumulation of cash by good guys . A tragedy really, that this group has undertaken to not only violate shareholders through dilution and other means to try and convince that what they are doing has merit and continue to do so. It does not.
What happens next is anyone's wild guess, I hope they are all called on the carpet for egregious un-ethical and contradictory to the benefit of shareholders behaviour.
They all deserve a boot out the door.

Aallyy, it is not very often you see that shareholders need to publish something like this https://www.sedarplus.ca/csa-party/records/document.html?id=e11ebcb9d08b9c2046fef1f16a4f3dbb3c1f4f7455235c0f322cc6d24009bf6d. This is now 3 years old but seems nothing has changed.

Thanks but nobody can open any link posted on schmuck/house to sedar. It can only be accessed going through their portal which is password and bot protected. If it's too long to cut/paste, try a link to the fnc website if it's there. A sedar link on the fnc website will obviously also not work. Or tell us the exact date it was first loaded onto sedar and title.

Thanks Startenout, vicious proxy for sure. Ferron skipped over to the other side which was a big contribution to the green team losing, unfortunately, in my opinion. Fast forward to the egregious private placement and issuance of 60M shares to dilute the hell out of shareholders to what end? They don't have the courage to play fair ball. Their actions speak for themselves.
