I'm really positive about this news.  Tamboran announced before Falcon announced that they are releasing results and announcing future plans Monday morning 9:30am Australian time.  16 hours ahead of Eastern time.  Falcon followed.   As has been speculated on the LSE board I read, this is a positive sign.  Companies don't typically rush to announce bad news a ...more

Whats wrong with the FO share price ? FO went down in Canada and TBN is going up now in Australia.

TBN: Note that market acquisition values have been around A$1.00-1.50/Gj with some over A$2/Gj. TBN’s share of 17TCF would be 6.6TCF (7062Pj). NPV basis at A$1.33/Gj = A$9.4bn. Should SS1H IP30 give 20 BCF EUR then the NPV6 is 20% higher at A$1.59/Gj @ A$10/Gj. This is only a simple yardstick since it will take many many decades to flow this volume of gas and this is only a small part ...more

Re: your post, what's it all mean for Falcon. ..they have said for years that their plan was to exit, sell when they could get value for their property. Not leave too early or too late. Things haven't really worked out for them thus far- or us. Do you think - IF results are positive- that Falcon will be in a position to sell? And Tamboran, I see that they're moving their domicile ...more
