All I want for Christmas is that BevWorks is a completely bogus shell company with no assets and FONI is exposed manufacturing a fake $10million deal.

Bogus shell company is probably a stretch but can you say this deal is risk free? All evidence points to BevWorks being a startup. No one has any details about what they do and the CEO's last venture failed. The $2M/yr will be written off as bad debt if BevWorks doesn't last.
