BTW talking to your wife about a 3rd lakefront property would mean to her that you will buy one, but for you it's just talks... she will be upset.

when Sean Roosen talks to Luc Lessard about silver stream at Horne 5, I think that it is more serious. Sean would not want to get Luc upset and at the end everybody wins.

I don't have the absolute truth, I only try to base my thinking on facts that I read or listen. Take the time to look and listen to the interview it's pretty good.
