FPX had responded to the first incident in the form of a news release on or about August 9th. The confidentiality agreements signed by FPX and their strategic partners ie ( Jogmec) have a full understanding of the FPX and First Nations relationship and would probably be bound from saying anything public under that agreement. Just because the Tl'azt'en have some grievances against the project does not make them clowns, just a First Nations with concerns.
