As a LI (American Lithium) shareholder I hope this bazar merger works out well for both outfits; all LI wants is shell company so they don’t have to go through listing new entity. LI has some serious holdings & big plans. However lithium & uranium are rather different in scope - although they are both into future energy play so this merger is more of a shortcut to forming a new company ...more
