Amidst highly discounted prices, FRNT Financial (TSXV: FRNT) has disclosed that since June 29, insiders and management have acquired 116,000 common shares in the company.
FRNT recently announced that it has partnered with the UK asset management company IPC. IPC will aid FRNT in introducing the company’s offering to an increasingly global investor base. IPC focuses on bespoke portfolio management for institutional clients, private banks, and family offices in Europe, North America, and core Asia.
FRNT will offer diversification to IPC’s clients as a derivatives provider, offering access to crypto and other new markets via synthetic exposure and various OTC services.
