First Star is alive & a potential survivor!
| Stumbled upon some info which may be of interest to anyone wondering about the status of this company's activities Since mid Aug 2013 share trading restored on the Tsx NEX ....FS is.now FS.H .... very limited volume thus far. President & CEO, Don Graham has been replaced by Chris R Anderson (an associate of Patrick Forseille (P.Geo), who returned as a director in June 2013) In progress currently .......is a private placement of 10 million shares to raise funds ......only speculation but a deal for a metals property has probably been made. Good news is ......only 4 million shares to start with ........lots of room for management to take this company forward. |
