" ..... the Spinco of Leviathan Gold with Avoca and Timor will occur, and then Leviathan, separate to us, will raise $5 million of equity in the market to fund their own program so we won't deplete our very healthy capital base. They will raise the $5 million on their own and I can tell you anecdotally, we probably had $25 -$30 million in unsolicited expressions of interest for the Leviathan financing .....
