You are right :))) My keypad is setted in french. At least one another spin-out is very possible, because FSX could enter in "billion market cap club" only with Lauriston and Golden Mountain. But all the cards are now on the table.There are too many little exploring players and tenements in Victoria state right now, which can be easily swallowed, and this is a major advantage for FSX as first and most powerfull mover.
