RE: RE: RE: Judging by.................

Mhillman, thanks for the reminder, that part I know, I was more worried about peolpe selling and taking there losses and not taking the opportunity to voice there opinion by voting.

Here is an explanation from TMXequicom that I got today,,, still didn't answer my question of what the overall sentiment of investors were:

The rationale given for the consolidation in the meeting circular is that
1.The consolidated share price would be attractive to institutional investors
2. At their current price, SelectCore shares are not margin eligible
3. As SelectCore grows and strives to partner with major institutions like Visa, MasterCard and international banks, a "penny stock" stigma may impede these partnerships.

Overall, share consolidation would benefit the long-term plans of SelectCore. One should also note that the motion being presented at the AGM is to authorize the company to consolidate the shares, not to consolidate immediately after that meeting. If approved, the Board will have the discretion to consolidate when conditions are right and will have put in place strategies to stabilize the price post consolidation.

Sammy.
