The other worrisome thing is the reporting. Ditching the old auditor "for personal reasons" and picking up a new one is a bit of a flag, but more so is doing it without any reference to the AGM, which should have been announced as part of the plan for affirming a new auditor.
It's probably why we're overdue for a quarterly/annual report. I know it takes tiime to turn these things out, but what with a minimum of two weeks notice for the AGM, we're not going to see anything until May.
Something here is starting to look and smell like a dumpster fire.
