I've been watching this for a while.... Here's why:Norseman signed a LOI to prospect over 100 square miles in Argentina with up to 500M ounces of silver to mine. Why isn’t this news increasing the stock price? That’s a potential of 10 Billion worth of silver (at $20/oz) they would have exclusive rights to mine.
