Fuse Battery Metals Inc. is a Canadian based exploration company. The Company's focus is on exploration for high-value metals required for the manufacturing of batteries. It owns 100% of the Lithium Springs Property, which is located at the southern end of Black Rock Desert, Nevada. It also owns 100% of the Monitor Valley North Lithium Property, which includes 97 placer claims covering approximately 770 hectares (ha) of alluvial sediments and clays located 134 km northeast of Tonopah, Nevada. The property is located in Monitor Valley, Nevada. It owns a 100% interest in its Glencore Bucke Property, situated in Bucke Township, 6 km east-northeast of Cobalt, Ontario. The Company also owns a 100% interest, subject to a royalty, in the Teledyne Project located near Cobalt, Ontario. The associated Teledyne Property, located in Bucke and Lorrain Townships, consists of five mining claims totaling approximately 79.1 ha, and 46 unpatented mining claim cells totaling approximately 700 ha.

RE: board should goBuy the way I will be filling a complaint as a shareholder to the exchange next week in regard to suspect trading activity... as well as the RCMP ... I think the trash proposal prepared by Sol speaks volumes in itself... as does the audit by PWC.... you guys really are low life... What about the correspondece via E mails a month before Sol being fired noted in the company info... Looks like you were planing your firing all along. Was Sol trading WEL in his own accounts? Or did Yes forex tank the stock to attempt to drive the PP price to .25. Someone was selling heavily at the time the placement was being finalized. I remember talking to Wayne at that time as I had already committed to the placement... he mentioned that someone was trying to pull a fast one and that no way would they lower the PP price.... was that you? I don't work for wildcat.... but I see Sol posting on the BB and you are still a director. The exchange is going to punt your butt for posting on BB boards... lots of presidents set there...LOL I guess you didn't read the rules of stockhouse either where it is forbiden to name an individual on the BB.
