Pretty stupid argument to use as a takover reason.... value increased with Sol on board, when in fact the opposite is true for RVR.
I admitt that sol appeared to be an improvement for WEL, but this was based on perception and antisipation of results... which simply were not delivered.
I guess he was just too busy smoking cigars and handing out gifts to his bumm chums for moving the share price up amoungst friends.... I wondered why it was soooo hard to sell stock... Likely because sells were usually between friendly parties..... this is called running a box. jmho
