The property is located in Monitor Valley, Nevada. It owns a 100% interest in its Glencore Bucke Property, situated in Bucke Township, 6 km east-northeast of Cobalt, Ontario. The Company also owns a 100% interest, subject to a royalty, in the Teledyne Project located near Cobalt, Ontario. The associated Teledyne Property, located in Bucke and Lorrain Townships, consists of five mining claims totaling approximately 79.1 ha, and 46 unpatented mining claim cells totaling approximately 700 ha.

"Sol didn't get paid several times for the same expenses".... No need to have independent confirmation on Sol's part... Reminds me of the line in Chicago..." Are you going to believe what you see... or what I tell ya"... LOL Anyone who stoops that low is too small to run a company... why not just ask for more money... pretty sleezy... just like the company he keeps.... and gets to post for him...LOL Then there's the arm twister in the disident document " Sol will drop the lawsuit if the shareholders elect him" Talk about sleezy.... That statement looks like extortion to me!... This is about trust and integrety. Sol has made no case to dismiss the other directors, but they have sure made a case to punt Sol! Now thats just my humble opinion!
