I have never seen that happen before. Never. It is probably against security rules to do so, and if it isn't then it should be. Why would he do such a thing? To raise a small amount of money? Surely he could have waited until the new issue was completed to raise $15,000.
Another bad move by DEV at other shareholders expense.
