let's stay on topic.

let's stay on topic. How about those of us who aren't pumping or bashing just ignore those who are and we stay on topic.  We got some decent news today, share price up 18%.  Good day for those of us who were getting a little nervous.  --- So, one of the bashers recently mentioned something about management consolidating fcu and fuu and painted it in a negative light.  I'm no expert in these matters, so, out of curiousity, could someone explain to me why this would be a bad thing?  I wondered on my own if this might happen.
