Like you I was pleasantly surprised that we are finally getting some news. How the market is going to react when the halt is lifted is fairly easy to predict in a market one of gurues described as a "zoombie wasteland". The market won't do much. Just look at the reaction here on SH. Just three posts. Rigor mortis is setting in. And on the vendor's (Copper One Inc.) BB not one post concerning the LOI. My guess is that CCC will go up to $0.08-$0.09 when CCC starts trading again. That's where the resistance will be when the daytraders and algorithmic traders will start taking their "profits". After a few days it will fall back to $0.06. The only thing we can be sure of if this deal goes through is a tremendous dilution. From the top of my head I calculate 38 mil new shares. That should rather effectively keep the S/P down. There is a lot more  be said about this potential deal but let us wait and see how the mysteries of this universe unfolds.                          cheers,                                                                    huxley
