????The latest ccc met. results are roast and pressure leach recoveries.  A far more costly extraction process commercially than the heap leach only, at atmospheric temperature  of the Gibellini/ Prophecy ores.
 
Ccc needs to weigh now the options of increased recovery against increased capex on the mine and plant development. Prophecy has made the choice for the lessor capex, but lesser recovery V per tonne option....Cornerstone has to decide  wich way to go yet. 
 
 A roasting at ccc flowsheet  will multiply capex (vrs pcy) and 20% sulfuric asid will multiply opex  ( vrs 5% at pcy)
based on my financial model ccc will have operating cash cost in range 8-10$ ( vrs. 5 at pcy) and all- in-cost about 15$
