RE:RE:RE:RE:Inner Spirit IPO today They brought over 3-4 guys from Logiq and they were the ones running that investment branch so there should be almost no need for time spent on integration. 

I put zero trust in the company in terms of deal flow and how many "investable" deals they have.  If you listen to all the CC you'll notice a trend where it's always positive and there is a record number of companies in the pipeline at ever increasing quality.

One of my concerns is they'll get the same rate of return as a percentage of revenue yet the cost of capital is going to go up.  Having said that as interest rates rise they become more attractive to deal with for the higher quality companies.
