Two concerns I have with this potential agreement:

1) First off.......this is a non-binding Letter of Intent.....note........NON-BINDING.


2) Arena and Imperial will sign a sub-license agreement under which Arena
will have a non-exclusive sub-license to use the oil sands recovery
technology for development of a specific project in the United States.

Non-exclusive and it is only for the US.

Until a definitive agreement is reached and the particulars viewed in written documentation........I will remain hesitant. No timeline was given for this LOI to expire......so......it technically could be years (not likely) before a real agreement is done. Just my input only.
