Jerrio, we share common interests on this one.And another little gold deal, that has made a lot of people very happy.
I would really hate to see another dilutive financing below 20 cents here,
as I believe the goal was to exercise the 20 cent warrants and raise money
for the company, in a less dilutive manner, as compared to the cost and increased
dilution of financings priced lower than 20 cents. Fill me on why you think this is
the better deal here, and what about the promo team. Im still waiting for the IND
app to be announced, have a batchload of warrants here, but unless the stock
moves higher, we may be stuck doing cheapie dilutive financings, such that those
higher priced warrants will get tougher and tougher to exercise. Cheers.
