RE: RE: PP ClosedPharmaGap Inc. has completed a private offering of 1,010,777 equity units at a price of seven cents per unit for gross aggregate proceeds of $70,774.I sure hope these shares went to people within the company. I would like to think that people in the know wanted to line their pockets with cheap shares before the news comes out. I cant see it worth while to raise 70k a few days before the release of news that should send the stock to new 52week highs. Why not wait and try to raise 70k at .20 or .15 instead of .07. if you think this drug works than you would be expecting higher share price on this next NR. This had to be issued to give people cheap shares rather than GAP needing 70k. If thats the case and people wanted in before the news I see this as a good sign.
