This is the sort of info that gets tucked in between the lines in news releases hoping it won't get much notice because its import means that they just devalued the investment investors made into the company with that value going to insiders..... that would be fine if investors were seeing some growth in the company but when the value never goes anywhere and the management does a 10 for 1 reverse and the stock still goes no where and they continue to dilute the stock?
Talk is very cheap in the mining game and we have heard a lot of talk in the last several years with very little follow through. Lots of grandiose ideas at the expense of investors who were taken in time and again and got little in return.
