Rolling back the share structure 10 for 1 and changing the name was effectively mocking existing investors in my opinion. It was a lame attempt to conjure up interest and momentum and hide the fact that Phoenix did NOTHING for investors.
Shearing unsuspecting investors is a rotten business to be in frankly.
